Jason Collins, Veteran Outreach Coordinator - Northeast Region

Jason Collins is a 5-year veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was an enlisted Master-At-Arms from 2002 to 2007. He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. His duty stations included South Korea, San Diego, and Washington State to name a few. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a B.S. in psychology in 2013. He used his Post 9/11 G.I. Bill to achieve his degree and plans to continue on to achieve his master's degree. He most recently worked at SUNY Adirondack as the G.I. Bill School Certifying Official. Jason is happily married and has a wonderful step daughter. They have three dogs; Daisy, Buddy, and Rudy. They are all rescue dogs.
