How to Study In-Person During the Spring 2022 Term
Enroll in a Study Group
Study Groups are instructor-led courses that include regular in-person meetings at specific, designated times. Study Groups are offered at a variety of locations throughout New York e, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Hartsdale, Selden, Saratoga Springs, and more.
Study Groups provide students with the traditional experience of a classroom setting, providing consistency, structure, and real-time learning. Students will have direct access to a faculty member onsite, and opportunities to engage in live academic discussions and hands-on learning activities.
Check out a list of Study Groups at a location near you.
Enroll in a Residency Course
Residency Courses take the best parts of individualized learning, virtual discussions, and onsite meetings to provide a blended, hybrid model of modern education. Students will have the opportunity to meet with their instructors and classmates at designated meeting times throughout the term, as well as gather onsite to explore historical locations, tour public museums, and more.
Residency Courses are offered in a variety of subjects, including American history, digital art, creative writing, business management, environmental science, and more.
Learn more about our Residency Courses on our website or attend an upcoming Registration and Beyond workshop to learn how to search for onsite courses through the Course Term Guide.
Verify Your Vaccination Status
In order to study onsite or receive in-person support for the Spring 2022 term, SUNY requires all students to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. You can verify your vaccination status here, or learn more about our Remote/Online Attestation Form on our website for students who wish to study fully online.
