Business, Management and Leadership Programs

The School for Graduate Studies offers several business degrees that provide graduate students the opportunity to further develop their knowledge and competency in management and leadership. GMAT/GRE test scores are not required as part of the admissions process for the business programs. Submit an admissions application during our Application Review period.

Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership (online with executive retreats)

Designed for experienced health care executives seeking to enhance their analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Master of Business Administration in Business Management (online)

Program designed for early and mid-career managers and professionals interested in enhancing their functional and professional skills and knowledge for career growth and advancement. This 36-credit hour program is delivered through online instruction, providing flexibility and convenience for working professionals and adult learners.

The MBA provides the option for specialization in ten areas:

Global Finance & Investment, Healthcare Management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology Management, Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship, International Business, Management, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Project Management

In addition to their specialized master’s degree, students can also incorporate an advanced graduate certificate into their degree program and earn a second credential. The MBA in Business Management also has specialized accreditation through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

Master of Science in Finance (online)

The Master of Science in Finance is a 36-credit, fully online program designed for students interested in developing and improving their professional competencies and skills in various finance related disciplines to increase their marketability. The program offers three tracks: corporate finance, international finance, and a general option where students can choose any four courses tailored to their interests and needs.

The M.S. in Finance provides the option for specialization in three areas:

  • Corporate Finance
  • International Finance
  • General Finance

Recognition of Military Training 

‌Designed to help veterans and current service members use their military training and experience to accelerate the completion of a graduate degree in one of our Business, Management, and Leadership degree programs (MBA, MS). Credit for American Council of Education (ACE) recognized graduate-level military training and assessment of relevant knowledge of core business concepts, can be used to complete your master's degree faster and less expensively than in other programs. This benefit is applicable to the MBA in Business Management (online); MBA in Healthcare Leadership (online with executive retreats); and MS in Finance.
