The New York State Division of Veterans Affairs has appointed Jane E. Zalsky, as the veterans benefits advisor in its Empire State College office in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. To schedule an appointment, contact Jane at 1-518 581-5338 or jane.zalsky@veterans.ny.gov.

The division's office is located at Empire State College, 111 West Ave., Saratoga Springs. The purpose of this office is to provide benefits counseling and advocacy for student-veterans enrolled in the college, as well as to provide greater access to Saratoga County veterans and their families.
