Permission to Release Information

Student Financial Services takes its obligation to respect each student's right to privacy very seriously. Therefore, in accordance with federal regulations, before our staff can release any information to a third party (on the telephone or in writing) we are required to obtain the student's written permission to release the information. If you wish to grant authorization for another individual to access your student records, please download, print and mail/fax the permission to release information application.
