Location, Lodging and Transportation

Conference Location

The 2022 Spring Student Conference will be held in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. at our SUNY Empire locations on West Avenue.

Lodging

If you receive a travel grant, a room reservation will be made for you at a local Saratoga Springs motel. Details of your reservation will be outlined in your travel grant award.

Students who have not received a travel grant can make their own reservations at any local hotel.

Transportation

During the three days of the conference, a complimentary shuttle to and from the Albany-Rensselaer Train Station will be offered a couple times a day.

Additionally, we will provide a local shuttle to help students travel from the conference to the local hotels in Saratoga Springs.
