Flu Shot Vouchers

SUNY Empire has partnered with Integrated Health 21 to provide free flu shot vouchers to currently enrolled students. Vouchers are available for CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, and RiteAid.

To Redeem Your Flu Shot Voucher!

Step 1: Visit the MyESC Health and Wellness website to access the online application form. Once logged in, navigate to the “ACCESS YOUR FREE FLU SHOT VOUCHER” icon link with the medical bag symbol.

Step 2: Enter all requested information, including first name, last name, and the Company Code ‘SUNY’.

Step 3: Complete the registration and select the pharmacy where you plan to get your flu vaccine.

Step 4: Print or keep it on your mobile device and head on over to the pharmacy for your free flu vaccine!

**Vaccine vouchers are only available for the quadrivalent vaccine. Only currently enrolled SUNY Empire State College students are eligible to request a voucher.
