• Contact studentaccounts@esc.edu with a brief explanation of the circumstances, including the start and end dates of occurrence, and explain how your circumstances prevented you from participating in your studies.
• If you meet the criteria, the Exception to Withdrawal Policy Due to Unforeseen and Extenuating Circumstances application will be emailed to you.
• Return the completed application, personal statement and official third-party documentation to Student Accounts (all contact information is on the application).
