Spring 2022 Courses

All Whole Health Living Residency courses use a blended model of study that combines the following components:

  • Virtual course meetings: Students will meet virtually with their classmates and faculty four times during the term. The meetings will be held on Microsoft Teams (similar to Zoom) during the week and last for an hour to an hour and a half. The schedule below details the dates and times for each course. Most of the courses meet on different days and times so there is an opportunity for students to register for more than one course.
  • Online study: Between the virtual course meetings, students will engage with their fellow students and faculty online using Moodle. The online format allows students to post on discussion boards, submit assignments, etc. and helps continue the sense of community created during the virtual meetings.
  • Community Cafés: Four times during the term, all the residency courses will come together for virtual community cafés. The cafés focus on a different wellness-related theme each month. They aim to address issues of social justice, diversity, and equity with regards to personal and community health. These conversations build community and collective wisdom. Residency students are required to attend the four cafes. The cafés are open to all college members, alumni, and outside guests. For more information about the cafés, visit Community Cafes.
    • Spring Cafés Dates: Monday, Jan. 24, Feb. 28, March 28, April 25 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Students may register for up to three courses. Courses are worth 4 credits unless noted and course descriptions are listed on this site's spring course descriptions and in the term guide.
