Hancock Inauguration Webinar Series Concludes; Recordings and Slides Available

The Empire State College event, “Three Voices That Shape Our Vision: An Inauguration Celebration Webinar Series,” concluded on Thursday, March 20.
This special webinar series was held throughout the month of March, leading up to the inauguration of President Merodie Hancock at the 2014 SUNY Empire State College All College Conference on March 27.
Each of these free sessions drew between 75 and 90 participants. Throughout the series, participants were treated to thought-provoking insights by distinguished scholars and practitioners in the field of higher education, Dr. Saleem Badat, Dr. James Hall and Dr. Elizabeth Minnich. Each presenter explored a quote chosen by Hancock in their talks.

This series was planned by the “Revisioning Adult Higher Education” webinar series planning group: Katherine Jelly, Karen LaBarge, Tom Mackey, Alan Mandell, Gina Torino and Tina Wagle.
These webinars will be the basis for the third issue of the ESC publication, Explorations in Adult Higher Education, coming later this year.
