Photos and Graphics on the Web
Photos and other graphics that are to represent the college on public facing pages on the college’s website are subject to review by the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM).
Photos with people other than college faculty or staff must be accompanied with a signed and dated release form giving Empire State College permission to use their photo. Subjects in photos taken at public events are not required to have a release form.
Copyrighted photos and graphics may not be used without written permission.
Photos must be in focus and high quality. Most photos downloaded from the web will not be accepted unless a high quality version is available and there are no copyright issues.
All photos/graphics should represent the college respectfully and professionally.
