Empire State College expects all staff, faculty and students posting information on college computers to comply with federal copyright law. We reserve the right to remove any material posted in violation of copyright provisions.

As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Empire State College has a designated individual to receive claims of copyright infringement. Please report any claims of infringement, including all information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to:
