Password and Information Security Practices at SUNY Empire

  • SUNY Empire personnel will not ask for your password. Therefore, you should not give your password to anyone requesting it.
  • Your password will expire automatically every 13 months.
  • An expired password can be updated via Update Your Password.
  • You can set up Multi-Factor Authentication for your account by requesting it in the ITS Service Catalog. Once the request is processed, you can enroll a second factor at the MFA Setup Page.
