Combined Bachelor’s/Master’s Degrees

Save time and money by working on two degrees simultaneously. These combined bachelor’s/master’s degree pathways are for highly qualified, current undergraduate students who wish to continue to a master’s degree. The School for Graduate Studies currently offers pathways to Empire's undergraduate students as well as undergraduate students from SUNY Canton and SUNY Cobleskill.

Students accepted into a combined bachelor’s/master’s degree pathway will be able to take specified master’s level courses during their bachelor’s degree at the undergraduate rate and have them count towards their degree. These pathways may accelerate a student’s time to degree completion and reduce the cost of completing the master’s degree. Current students should have a minimum of 60 credits completed (enrolled at least one term at SUNY Empire State College or designated partner institution) and a minimum 3.2 GPA (recalculation of the most recent 60 credits earned).
