- Master Promissory Note for Subsidized/Unsubsidized Loan (MPN): electronic master promissory note (MPN), which is the student loan application; required for all first-time loan borrowers at Empire State College
- Exit Loan Counseling: online student exit-loan counseling for direct Stafford loan and direct PLUS loan borrowers; required for any loan recipient who will no longer borrow student loans with Empire State College.
