Coaching by Peers and Faculty	Looking for guidance navigating college life? Peer and faculty advisors can help both new and current students.
Support Group Meetings	Regular meetings in Manhattan and Brooklyn are scheduled at convenient times. Email BMI.metro@esc.edu for the current schedule.
Career Counseling	Career guidance and counseling are provided by group members and faculty advisors.
Networking with Students and Alumni	Network with students and alumni. Share connections and benefit from the valuable community, business and academic connections of others.
Panel Discussions and Events	Participate in focused panel discussions and events exploring current events related to the black community.
