SUNY Empire State College PRODiG Fellows spend two years at one of the college's locations, paired with a senior faculty member to help facilitate integration and support, and will be part of a SUNY-wide cohort. The fellowship exists as a "pipeline" to increase the number of faculty from traditionally underrepresented populations and women in STEM fields, across the SUNY system.

"The PRODiG Fellows Program exceeds expectations. With the support of faculty mentors and the college community at large, fellows are given the space to grow and thrive. This program provides new and aspiring scholars with unparalleled training, a pipeline into a competitive job market, and access to a community invested in the success of its fellows. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such an important initiative."
